Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
- As our Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the estimation of costs of construction for the project team. He or she shall be accountable for the preparation of bill of quantities, pricing, and cost verification services that meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Compute takeoff and measurement of construction works for consultants’ tender document and design drawings
- Preparation of bill of quantities for Road and building projects.
- Preparation of document for tendering.
- Preparation of cost estimate
Qualifications
- BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 3-4 years relevant working experience in building surveying in well a structured environment
- Registered Surveyor
- Experience with Microsoft Office required.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly gross.
