Job Title: Corporate & Governance Associate

Job Summary
- As our legal associate, you will ensure that our corporate practices align with regulatory requirements and governance standards while providing strategic legal guidance to foster growth and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local and international corporate governance standards.
- Assist in board management, including preparing resolutions, agendas, and minutes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
- A minimum of 6 years of post-call experience in corporate law and governance.
- Must reside on the Island.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 / month.
