Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Assignment :
Reporting to the International Stock Manager, your duties will be as follows:
Contribute to the organization of material transport
– Coordination with the travel office to establish schedules of appointments before departure
– Briefing on customs and export/import procedures
– Preparation of administrative transport and customs documents
– Preparation of packages for expatriates
– Archiving and monitoring of administrative documents
Contribute to inventory management
-Receiving and processing stock release requests
-Providing orders for supplies
-Managing IT and telecommunications after-sales service with the IT Department
-Updating stock and order tracking tools (LINK and UBW)
-Monitoring the flow of goods (inputs/outputs)
-Support for replenishments: sourcing, quotations, orders
-Verifying supplier receipts
-Organizing and fitting out storage spaces
-Carrying out regular inventories
Contribute to cross-functional support on international supply management
-Management of purchasing files in support of international procurement officers
-Preparation of orders and management of collections for items stored at headquarters
-Management of shipments and express deliveries
-Ad hoc support to the team for the management of international freight
Contribute to the implementation of service projects
-Participation in project management in conjunction with a focal point of the service, aimed at optimizing
-Participation in strategic meetings and workshops of the service
Profile:
For this position, it is necessary to be in training at the bachelor’s level (Bac +3), in a logistics sector, humanitarian project management, or to have similar experience. Mastery of Excel is essential. You must be able to express yourself orally and in writing in English, while demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
Conditions of employment
Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French law educational establishment
Duration of the Internship: 6 months

Salary Conditions:
Internship paid at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour (based on 35 hours per week)
Weekly working hours (38.75 hours)
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization) Days of absence for exams, university research, etc.
Coverage of up to 50% of public transport costs
Face-to-face: 100%
