Founded in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger worldwide. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been its identity for over 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
Reporting to the Landlord Relations and Partnerships Officer, your duties will be as follows:
Contribute to the administrative support of the ERRU and its communication
Contribute to the organization of the ERRU strategic workshop for March 2025 and its capitalization
Organize and manage meetings or work sessions as needed, ensuring note-taking and dissemination of information
Contribute to various activity reports (KPIs, RMA, Economic Notes, etc.)
Contribute to the ERRU communication reports (Roster Newsletter)
Contribute to the publication of the ERRU technical sheets (the ERRU presentation booklet)
Coordinate the dissemination of the unit’s communication (sharing of photos, reports, experiences) to other ACF departments
Provide support for the development of Monitoring and Alert Systems and context analyses
Contribute to the overall monitoring of contexts and the writing of the daily information note (Watch Report)

Profile :
To access this position, it is necessary to be in master’s level training, ideally in project management or international solidarity. You have a sensitivity for the humanitarian sector, are able to manage several missions at the same time and have solid organizational skills. You demonstrate an excellent team spirit, autonomy, rigor and have good written and oral communication skills. Mastery of the Office Pack is essential. Advanced command of French and English is required.
Conditions of employment
Mandatory Condition: Have an internship agreement issued by a French law educational establishment
Duration of the Internship: 6 months

Salary Conditions:
Internship compensated at a rate of 4.57 euros net per hour (based on 35 hours per week)
Weekly working hours (38.75 hours)
21 days of RTT (prorated to the time spent in the organization) Days of absence for exams
