Mission :
Under the supervision of the Social Legal Manager, your mission will be to contribute to legal support and management in matters of social relations (preparation and participation in CSE meetings, drafting of agreements, charters, etc.), to contribute to legal monitoring on aspects of French social law and to operational advice on expatriation and international mobility, as well as on disciplinary matters, health, safety and working hours, harassment (moral/sexual) and discrimination.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be to:
Advise (managers, HRDs, etc.) and provide legal support on aspects of French social law, by providing pragmatic and secure solutions to situations encountered in both individual and collective relations
Contribute to the animation and advice on social management in the context of relations with IRPs in conjunction with the Social Legal Manager: preparation and participation in CSE meetings, drafting of information notes and agreements, organization of elections, etc.
Participate in cross-functional projects involving other Departments (e.g.: teleworking from abroad, flex office, international mobility and social protection, social optimization of social benefits, etc.)
Assist the Social Legal Manager in conducting internal administrative investigations in the event of an alert on allegations of harassment (moral/sexual), sexist behavior or discrimination Propose solutions to Management as well as transitional protection measures
Provide support when the investigation is conducted by a third party, in particular on the legal qualification of the facts and proposal of possible follow-up in disciplinary matters
Ensure social monitoring, in particular in matters of international mobility, expatriation, health, safety, working hours, disciplinary, harassment and discrimination, and disseminate it (distribution of articles, writing summary notes, review of internal notes, hosting information sessions) Carry out in-depth studies and analyses of case law on these topics

Profile :
You hold a Master 2 in Social Law/Labor Law or Human Resources, possibly supplemented by a diploma giving access to the legal profession (CAPA, etc.).
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in general social law with a predominance in supporting social dialogue with employee representative bodies. You have significant experience as a lawyer/social law lawyer, and also experience in managing social relations: relations with staff representatives and collective negotiations.
Ideally, you are familiar with the humanitarian/non-profit sector and have experience in international mobility and expatriation.
You are particularly comfortable with operational advice, and have good listening and discretion skills.
Pedagogical, pragmatic and responsive, you have excellent interpersonal, analytical, synthesis and writing skills, as well as curiosity, rigor and organization.
Working in an international environment, you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
Conditions of employment
Status: Integrated Executive – Permanent contract – Full time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 41K to 50K euros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters (For permanent positions)
Benefits: 25 days per year of CP and 21 days of RTT
