Strategic Responsibilities
Design Click-Worthy Thumbnails:
- Design great-looking thumbnails according to our thumbnail structures & guidelines.
Optimize For Maximum CTR:
- Your task will be creating the best thumbnail for maximizing the click-through rate.
Continuously Tweak Thumbnails:
- Keep tweaking thumbnails to maximize views on our videos. Create 2-3 thumbnail variants per video so we can A/B test them.
Daily Responsibilities
- Create thumbnails for video topics assigned to you, according to our thumbnail structures & guidelines.
- Create multiple variants of each thumbnail, so we can A/B test them.
- Create new versions for thumbnails that didn’t work.
- Have clear and transparent communication with all people in the company.
- Understand that you may perform other duties as assigned.
