Job Title: Head, Finance and Accounts

Key Responsibilities
- Creates forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.
- Supervises all financial tasks of company and ensures use of capital and resources beneficially.
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results
- Conducting risk management
- Maintains company’s financial health and increases profitability
- Carries out Expense Management Control
- Coordinates annual budget and budgetary control
- Conducts profit and cost analyses
- Develops secure procedures to maintain confidential information
- Ensures all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
- Recommends cost-reducing solutions
- Preparing Management Accounts
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Economics or Finance
- Professional qualification as ACA, ACCA or ICAN with be added advantage
- 3-4 years’ relevant experience as Head of Accounts and Finance
- Experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, including ability to make presentations.
