Job Description
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Paint Production Personnel to join our manufacturing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of paints, ensuring quality control, maintaining equipment, and following safety regulations.
- This role requires hands-on experience in paint mixing, formulation, and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Paint Production & Mixing:
- Prepare raw materials and mix ingredients according to specified formulas.
- Operate and monitor production machinery, including mixers, grinders, and filling equipment.
- Ensure proper color matching, consistency, and viscosity of paints.
Quality Control & Testing:
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Perform viscosity, density, and drying time tests on paint batches.
- Document test results and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
Equipment Maintenance & Safety Compliance:
- Maintain and clean production equipment regularly to prevent contamination.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Handle chemicals and raw materials safely, using protective equipment as required.
Inventory & Material Management:
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials and report shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all materials used in production.
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Assist in implementing new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Technical Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Production, or a related field is a plus.
- 5+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience in paint production, coatings, or chemical manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of paint formulations, mixing techniques, and color matching.
- Ability to operate and maintain production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials (as required).
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and safety regulations in the paint industry.
- Basic understanding of chemical handling and hazard management.
