Job Title: Emergency Response Team (ERT) Supervisor

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and responsible ERT Supervisor to lead and manage our emergency response team.
- You will ensure the team is trained and ready to respond effectively to any emergency situation to keep our workplace safe.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise emergency response team during drills and real emergencies.
- Conduct regular taining sessions to ensure readiness.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate emergency response efforts with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor health and safety of all employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Disaster Management, Environmental Health, Emergency Response, Safety Education or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years Proven experience in emergency response or safety managment.
- Strong leadership and communication skils.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Certification in emergency response or first aid is a plus.
- Candidates within Kaduna, Abuja or close proximity.
