Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager

Work Days: Monday–Friday (Some Saturdays for urgent apartment viewings)
Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced and motivated Luxury Real Estate Sales Representatives to drive sales and contribute to the organization’s growth.
- This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in the luxury real estate sector who thrive in a commission-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Close company-provided leads, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Independently generate and nurture leads to expand the client base.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on market trends, property offerings, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage promotional materials and campaigns.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
- proven experience as a successful sales representative in the luxury real estate sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
- Willingness to work remotely with occasional office visits (at least twice a month).
Compensation Package
- N120,000 base salary
- Transport and data allowances
- Attractive commission based on successful sales.
