Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, industries, and clients. Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, online research, and outreach campaigns.
- Client Interaction: Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners through meetings, emails, and follow-ups.
- Proposal Development: Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist in maintaining CRM databases, managing documentation, and organizing team meetings.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. (Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
