Job Title: Experienced Graphic Designer

Job Summary
- As an Experienced Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming creative ideas into visually compelling designs that meet our clients’ specifications and production requirements.
- You will work closely with clients and our production team to ensure high-quality results while adhering to printing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and engaging design concepts for print media including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their branding requirements and project objectives, providing expert advice on design solutions.
- Prepare and finalize design files for print, ensuring all specifications are met and high-quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with the printing team to troubleshoot any issues during the printing process and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles while applying best practices in design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating visually appealing materials that align with the company’s branding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a printing press environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly those that demonstrate print work.
- Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of printing processes, production techniques, and file preparation for various print formats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a passion for design and creativity.
