Job Summary
- We are recruiting for a Client Acquisition Specialist, one who is experienced in the recruitment industry, and understands the recruitment business.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop relationships with potential clients to understand their business or hiring needs
- Present, promote and sell the agency’s services
- Coordinate and manage client hand-off to client services team and finance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Candidates should possess a HND / BS.c in any relevant field
- 3+ years of relevant client acquisition experience in recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work cordially with the recruitment team and report to the hiring manager.
