Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to oversee our organization’s day-to-day operations.
- The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations, follow up on staff tasks, and guarantee timely assignment completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
- Task Management: Assign, track, and follow up on staff tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Daily Progress Monitoring: Monitor staff progress throughout the day, addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.
- End-of-Day Task Verification: Confirm that all staff members have completed their assigned tasks before Close of Business (COB).
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.
- Communication: Foster open communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with organizational goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on operational performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND
- 2+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely task completion.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in task management tools and software.
- Having a telesales experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to close deal.
