Job Description

  • The Corporate Sales Associate Trainee will assist the sales team in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain client satisfaction.
  • This role serves as an entry point into corporate sales, providing hands-on experience in client engagement, business development, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Assist in identifying and prospecting potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with senior sales representatives to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain communication with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales data, creating reports for the team to improve performance and strategy.
  • Training & Development: Participate in company sales training programs to learn about products/services, sales techniques, and corporate operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining the CRM system, and handling other administrative tasks to support the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not required).

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
