Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product/Service Presentation:
    • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of the company’s offerings.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing details to clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and product teams to refine offerings and strategies.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Participate in planning and strategy meetings to align efforts with company goals.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions and progress updates, in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
    • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.
