Job Summary

  • Veripass, a subsidiary of Thelix Holdingsis seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Operations to lead its sales efforts while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, customer engagement, and marketing execution.
  • While operational excellence remains a key responsibility, the primary focus is on expanding Veripass’s market presence and driving sales of premium products.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, marketing strategy execution, and operational alignment to support growth initiatives.
  • The Head of Sales and Operations will report to the CVO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious organizational goals.Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and fostering a results-oriented culture.
  • Leverage expertise in marketing premium products and digital marketing techniques, including funnels, to generate and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement impactful campaigns that support sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and revenue streams.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Partner with marketing to create and execute strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Oversee the development of targeted marketing campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns, to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to increase market reach and drive revenue.

Operational Excellence:

  • Align operational processes with sales and marketing objectives to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets and forecast sales and operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices across all processes.

Leadership and Strategy Development:

  • Provide inspirational leadership to the sales and operations teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Translate high-level business strategies into actionable plans that drive results.
  • Regularly report on sales and operational performance to the CVO and other senior leaders.

Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality sales and operational outputs.

Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to sales and operational processes.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on marketing and business development.
  • Proven expertise in marketing premium products and leveraging digital marketing strategies, including funnels, to drive growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to align processes with sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a tech or SaaS company is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Established network in relevant industries and ability to develop strategic partnerships.
