Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- As Digital Infrastructure Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a full range of business technology, including computer systems (hardware and software), network infrastructure, telecommunications circuits, mobile devices, telephone systems, audio-visual equipment and specialized business applications in addition to supporting and implementing applications, process automation support and business requirements gathering/analysis.

- Resolving technology challenges as they arise
- End-user training
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks,printers, andscanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over thephone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital infrastructure support, server administration, and network management.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with knowledge of cloud computing and application support.
- Excellent communication skills for end-user support and training.
- Experience as an Microsoft 365 Administrator.
