Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • Isurf Global Services, a prominent outsourcing and recruitment firm, is in search of a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
  • In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to attract new clients, manage client accounts, and align HR strategies with business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and account management.
  • Collaborate with various business units to align HR solutions with organizational goals.
  • Provide HR support in staffing, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations and efficiently resolve workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to enhance the performance of client-facing teams.
  • Work alongside the operations team to ensure seamless management of client accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a sales or outsourcing environment.
  • Strong understanding of client acquisition and account management processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and technology.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
