Job Summary
- Isurf Global Services, a prominent outsourcing and recruitment firm, is in search of a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to attract new clients, manage client accounts, and align HR strategies with business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and account management.
- Collaborate with various business units to align HR solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide HR support in staffing, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations and efficiently resolve workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to enhance the performance of client-facing teams.
- Work alongside the operations team to ensure seamless management of client accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a sales or outsourcing environment.
- Strong understanding of client acquisition and account management processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR tools and technology.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
