Job Title: Office Assistant

Locations: Utako – Abuja, Akobo, Ibadan – Oyo and Rumuomasi Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Summary

  • The position of Office Assistant will be responsible for all office support functions, which include: social media management, customer relationships, operations, and inventory for the organisation.

Key job responsibilities
Office Management:

  • Guide the operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning and a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to prevent disruptions.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for company documents, ensuring security and easy access.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Create and schedule engaging content tailored to the paper packaging industry’s target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.

Customer Service and Relationship Management:

  • Actualisation between clients and the company, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and vendors to support business objectives.

Operational Support:

  • Support the Store Manager by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and tracking order statuses.
  • Ensure that all office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.

Inventory Management:

  • Inventory Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of packaging products, supplies, and raw materials.
  • Order Coordination: Manage inventory reorders, ensuring stock levels are optimal and deliveries are timely.
  • Warehouse Organization: Assist with organizing and maintaining the storage of
  • Inventory for efficient access and safety compliance.
  • Vendor Communication: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve issues with returns, exchanges, or discrepancies.
  • Inventory Reporting: Prepare and share regular inventory status reports with the Store
  • Manager to prevent overstock or shortages.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
