Job Summary
- We are seeking a realtor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting clients with their dream properties and you will leverage your market knowledge, strong communication skills, and negotiation expertise to help clients achieve their real estate goals, whether buying, selling, or investing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research and property evaluations to determine fair market value.
- Secure exclusive listings and actively market properties through various channels (online listings, open houses, social media).
- Pre-qualify potential buyers and guide them through the buying process, including property viewings, negotiation, and closing procedures.
- Assist sellers in preparing their properties for the market, including staging and marketing strategies.
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, legal regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
- Build strong relationships with other industry professionals (mortgage lenders, lawyers, inspectors) to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Exceed client expectations by providing exceptional service, personalized attention, and expert advice throughout the real estate journey.
Required Skills and Competencies
- A University degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales(preferred).
- Real Estate Agent license from the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) (required).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software programs.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or a strong background in sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian real estate market and local regulations.
- Proficiency in real estate software and technology tools (CRMs, online listing platforms).
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and customer-centered service.
- Must reside around Lekki an its environment.
