Job Title: HR Talent & Performance Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Design, develop, and implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures to align with organizational goals.⁠
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to support talent development and business strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance management and talent development.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, including recognition and reward programs.

Qualifications

  • HND/B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR, performance management and talent development.

Skills / Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of performance management principles, practices, and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
