Description
Content Creation and Scheduling:
- Creating Engaging Content: Develops and curates content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and strategy.
- Scheduling Posts: Plans and schedules posts across various social media platforms to ensure consistent engagement.
Community Engagement:
- Interacting with Followers: Responds to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships with the audience and foster a sense of community.
- Encouraging User Interaction: Initiates conversations, runs polls, contests, and other interactive activities to boost engagement.
Monitoring and Analytics:
- Tracking Performance: Monitors key metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and website traffic to assess the performance of social media strategies.
- Analyzing Data: Uses analytics tools to gather insights and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
Brand Advocacy and Reputation Management:
- Promoting Brand Values: Acts as the voice of the brand, ensuring that all interactions reflect its values and personality.
- Managing Crises: Handles any negative feedback or crises that arise on social media, working to resolve issues and maintain a positive brand image.
Strategy Development:
- Crafting Social Media Strategies: Develops comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Keeping Up with Trends: Stays informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand’s presence fresh and relevant.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Working with Teams: Collaborates with marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Influencer Partnerships: Manages relationships with influencers and partners to expand the brand’s reach.
- A social media/community manager is essentially the bridge between the brand and its audience, ensuring a positive, engaging, and consistent online presence that drives growth and loyalty.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 1 – 3 years of experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
