Job Title: Commercial Manager

Job Objective
- The Commercial Manager will lead efforts to improve and grow the business by developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- The role requires strategic planning, market positioning, and enhancing the company’s operations and reputation.
- You will identify and evaluate new business opportunities, create feasibility reports, and analyze revenue and operational statistics for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the real estate and power industry.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide sales, marketing, procurement, and customer service teams.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness across departments.
- Risk & Budget Management: Analyze financial data, draft budgets, and manage risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with vendors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Power Project Coordination: Oversee the commercialization and operational aspects of the new Power project.
Requirements
- Education: MSc, BSc, or HND in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a relevant field, with at least 5 years as a Business Development Manager and 3 years as a Commercial Manager.
- Professional Certifications: Recognized certifications in Accounting or related fields are an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
- Strong commercial strategy and financial management skills.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Monthly plus other benefits and sales commissions.
