Job Description
- Our client requires the services of an Admin Executive with prior experience in the job role.
- Our client is committed to enhancing Nigeria’s power infrastructure and ensuring uninterrupted energy supply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day office activities.
- Ensuring the office environment is organized and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Managing office equipment maintenance and ordering supplies as needed.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Managing correspondence (emails, phone calls and other communications).
- Handling filing, documentation and maintaining records both physical and digital.
- Prepare invoices, receipts and other financial documents.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Managing the PR related activities.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
- Any other duties as instructed by the Managing Director
Education and Requirements
- Must possess a minimum of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position
- Must be able to coordinate all administrative matters
- Ability to work under less supervision or no supervision
- Ability to take initiatives
- Must reside in Lagos on the Mainland
