Job Title: Business Development Manager (Human Resources)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Human Resources) with strong communication skills to drive business development strategy, including targeting and prospecting.
  • The ideal candidate will support the strategy team to achieve objectives, promote professional growth, and offer flexibility, with experience in selling HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle business development strategy including targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions.
  • Support all business development initiatives, activities, and meetings.
  • Gather potential client background information including company history, recent market, competitors, key decision makers and other crucial information to a better understanding of prospective clients.
  • Support with the execution and evaluation of the market, competitive analysis, and market positioning of the company.
  • Originate new Clients for the Company and originate new work from existing Clients for the Company.
  • Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients by marketing and cross-selling the company products.
  • Constant communication with prospective clients via cold calls, networking events and use of social media to generate business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how best to service accounts.
  • Real-time updates and reports to be regularly shared with the team lead.
  • Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and the drive to win new quality business for the company.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields.
  • Experience in selling HR & Outsourcing services: 3 – 5 years of experience in business development or related roles, preferably with exposure to multiple industries or business sectors.
  • Good understanding of diverse industries, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to adapt strategies to each business sector.
  • Must have a portfolio of clients or a network of business connections.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
  • Communication and Adaptability Skills.
  • Results Orientation: The candidate must have the capacity to bring in new businesses within the first three months if employed.

Remuneration
N250,000 Monthly.
