Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Brand and Digital Media Strategist to shape and manage our digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will strategize, create, and execute content that highlights our commitment to providing a world-class environment for creatives.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy and Content Creation:

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create high-quality visual and multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
  • Engage actively with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Brand Development and Management:

  • Ensure all digital content aligns with the brand voice, mission, and values.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual style across platforms, working with the creative team for consistent designs.
  • Implement branding strategies based on audience trends and preferences.

Collaborative Content and Projects:

  • Work closely with the creative team and external partners to align content with ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with influencers, artists, and partners to create unique content that boosts visibility.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and multi-channel campaign resources.

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and new tools to enhance engagement.
  • Propose and implement new formats, features, and tactics to maintain a fresh digital presence.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Digital Campaigns and Analytics:

  • Plan, design, and execute digital campaigns to promote events and initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage budgets allocated for digital campaigns.
  • Track and report performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support studio operations and ensure efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 4-5 years experience..
  • Strong skills in graphic design, creativity, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and trend monitoring.
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities.
  • Experience in community building and audience engagement.

Salary and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: NGN 300,000 gross.
