We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Purpose of the Job

• To oversee the protection of company assets and subsidiaries, ensuring the prevention of losses, safeguarding resources, and maintaining operational integrity to support the organization’s long-term goals. 

The Job

• Implement and uphold the company’s security policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for all employees, assets, and operations. 
• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all security equipment to guarantee operational efficiency. 
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, external security providers, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen overall security measures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of outsourced security personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols. 
• Monitor criminal activity, investigate internal security breaches, and take appropriate actions to address and resolve security incidents. 
• Ensure strict compliance with the company’s security protocols by all personnel and visitors. 

Qualifications

• BSc / HND in any discipline. 
• Computer literacy is an added advantage. 

Experience:

• 2 years cognate experience. 
• Certification in security related discipline is an added advantage. 

The Person Must:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Pay high attention to details. 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
