Job Brief
- Area Business Manager to oversee and manage our sales team in the listed locations.
- As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the region, developing effective businessstrategies, managing and motivating a team of medical sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the region
- Achieve sales and revenue targets by driving the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they are meeting targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in B.Pharm, Management Sciences, Physical Sciences, Natural Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth in a highly competitive market
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3years in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and healthcare systems.
