Job Title: Retail Station Manager

Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Retail Station Manager would play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our filling station at Pinnacle Oil and Gas.
  • This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in the oil and gas sector, adept at managing resources, staff, and customer relations to ensure the station runs efficiently and meets business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall operations of the retail filling station.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of fuel and other products.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management.
  • Address customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer service.

Measurable KPIs

  • Monthly sales targets achieved.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings (measured through surveys).
  • Compliance audit results.
  • Staff turnover rates.

Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in a retail filling station in the Oil and Gas sector.

Competences:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas regulations and safety standards.
  • Financial management and budgetary skills.

Other Relevant Information:

  • Position based in Warri, Nigeria.
  • Will require occasional weekend and evening work.
