Job Title: Retail Station Supervisor
Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Introduction
- The Retail Station Supervisor is vital in ensuring that our filling station operates smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
- This role involves directly overseeing station attendants and assisting the Manager in implementing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the station to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide training and support to attendants and other junior staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in the Oil and Gas retail station.
Competences:
- Team leadership and motivation.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Measurable KPIs
- Staff performance ratings.
- Inventory accuracy.
- Customer service feedback scores.
- Number of operational issues resolved promptly.
