Job Summary

  • We are looking for an Assistant Manager, HR, to support our HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support performance reviews and training programs.
  • Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.
  • Organize employee engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
