Job Summary
- We are seeking an organized and creative Admission and Marketing Officer to join our team.
- This role involves managing the admissions process, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing the school’s brand to attract new students and families.
Key Responsibilities
Admission:
- Coordinate the Admission Process: Oversee all aspects of admissions, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Engage with Prospective Families: Respond to inquiries, provide detailed information about the school, and address concerns professionally.
- Evaluate Applications: Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Evaluate prospective students through interviews and assessments.
- Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of applications, interviews, and enrollment activities.
Marketing:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and implement plans to promote the school’s programs and events.
- Social Media Management: Create and execute a social media strategy to engage stakeholders.
- Produce Marketing Materials: Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional content.
- Organize Events: Plan open houses, school tours, and information sessions.
- Track Marketing Performance: Analyze metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversions to refine strategies.
General:
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with Academic, Student Affairs, and other teams to align admission and marketing efforts.
- Stay Informed: Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures related to admissions and marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, marketing, or a related field (experience in an international school setting is a plus).
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with admission and marketing systems or software.
- Creativity and a strategic mindset.
