We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Leader

Locations: Agege/Ifako, Epe, Ajao, Ikeja, Ikorodu, Lagos Island and Ajah – Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer preferences to the sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or its equivalent.
  • Must have a Valid Drivers License and LASDRI.
  • Must be able to handle a manual transition vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Male Preferably
  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
