Job Summary
- We are seeking for a talented Sales Analyst and Coordinator foe our client, to analyze sales data, coordinate sales activities, and manage the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool.
- You’ll support the sales team with actionable insights, reporting, and technology expertise to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Generate reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and competitive analysis
- Support the sales team in planning and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Manage and maintain the SFA tool, ensuring data accuracy and usability
- Develop sales forecasts based on historical data and market insights
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management highlighting sales trends and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales analysis, market research, or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods or detergent sector
- Proficiency in SFA tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, PowerBi)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
