Job Summary

  • We are seeking for a talented Sales Analyst and Coordinator foe our client, to analyze sales data, coordinate sales activities, and manage the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool.
  • You’ll support the sales team with actionable insights, reporting, and technology expertise to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Generate reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and competitive analysis
  • Support the sales team in planning and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Manage and maintain the SFA tool, ensuring data accuracy and usability
  • Develop sales forecasts based on historical data and market insights
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management highlighting sales trends and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales analysis, market research, or related roles, preferably in the consumer goods or detergent sector
  • Proficiency in SFA tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, PowerBi)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
