Job Summary

  • As our emergency medical dispatcher, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and dispatching emergency medical calls and coordinating responses with appropriate medical personnel.
  • This position involves handling incoming calls, prioritizing cases, dispatching first responders, providing psychological support, and ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and evaluate all incoming calls to determine the situation’s urgency and assign case priority.
  • Use the technology platform to dispatch first responders to the scene of emergencies efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all calls, dispatch activities, and client records.
  • Handle complaints or other concerns professionally to ensure client satisfaction and uphold ourreputation.
  • Offer psychological and emotional support to patients, their families, and friends during emergencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service role is required.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the Managing Director.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
