We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Lekki Phase 2, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Major Responsibilties
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
- Help with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Applicants must be eager to learn and develop career in HR.
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 2 is a key requirement.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
