Job Summary

  • We’re seeking a skilled technical professional to provide expert support and technical assistance for our payment gateway and transaction processing services platform integration and optimization.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment processing technologies, full stack software development expertise excellent, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and internal teams.

Job Details
Technical Support:

  • Integration: Integrate ALATPAY’s API into various platforms (websites, mobile apps, etc.) using programming languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
  • Payment Gateway Setup: Configure and customize ALATPAY’s payment gateway to meet client requirements.
  • API Documentation: Follow ALATPAY’s API documentation to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Testing and Debugging: Test and debug integrations to ensure smooth payment processing and error handling.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards (PCI-DSS, etc.) to protect sensitive customer data.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to prevent integration issues.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, product, etc.) to ensure seamless payment experiences.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot payment processing errors and exceptions
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to clients

Transaction Monitoring:

  • Monitor transaction activity for errors, fraud, and security issues.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies

Documentation and Knowledge Base:

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base

  • Ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Security and Compliance:

  • Stay up to date with industry security standards and regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS)
  • Ensure compliance and security best practices in technical configurations

Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in payment processing, fintech, or a related industry.
