Job Title: Account / Hotel Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilties
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to monitor the financial health of the hotel.
- Conduct daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger management, and payroll.
- Analyze monthly financial statements and provide reports to upper management.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of hotel staff to build a motivated and customer-focused team.
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- BSc / HND in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or hospitality business
- Ability to supervise and co-ordinate.
Salary
N150,000 monthly (Net, Pension and HMO).
