We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Liaison Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the company’s logistics, including scheduling and coordinating material movement from one location to the other
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders, including picking, packing, and labelling of goods.
  • Coordinate with the drivers to arrange transportation of goods from one location to the other.
  • Monitor and track movements of goods, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on accurate delivery.
  • Resolve any issues, relating to delays, damages, or discrepancies, by coordinating with relevant parties and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in ANRML and Business Units in Lagos and Environs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for communications between the ANRML and Parties in Lagos and Environs
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, and presentations with parties as may be required
  • Identify and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on liaison activities, including any issues, outcomes, and feedback for management review.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
  • Proven 3-5 years’ experience working in logistics or a similar role, preferably in an engineering or mining industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong Communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
