Job Title: Printing / Packaging Operator
Locations: Onitsha, Anambra and Kano

Job Description
- Set up and operate various printing and packaging machines according to production requirements.
- Monitor printing processes to ensure quality and accuracy of printed materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality control and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production workflows.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and materials required for printing and packaging tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printing or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in printing and packaging operations, ideally within the publishing industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Familiarity with various printing technologies and techniques, such as offset, digital, and flexographic printing.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
