Job Title: Production Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement efficient production processes for structural work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Implement quality control measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and manage production schedules, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers, managing inventory and optimizing material usage.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and train production staff, promoting continuous improvement.
