We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all equipment, including rotating machinery, static equipment, pipelines, and electrical systems.
- Create detailed job plans, including task lists, labor, tools, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Prioritize work orders based on criticality, safety, and production impact.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities to minimize production interruptions.
- Generate and issue work orders, assigning appropriate priority levels and tracking progress through to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within the oil and gas industry, preferably in a production facility.
- Certification in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (e.g., SMRP, CMRP) is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as API, ISO, and OSHA.
