Job Title: Freelance B2B Marketing Officer

Major Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing campaigns targeted at businesses, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives, including content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce en posts.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Plan and manage B2B events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the Real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation software).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
