Our corporate headquarters is situated in Ikoyi, southwest Lagos. The group consists of six (6) subsidiaries specializing in various aspects of the aviation industry downstream, along with two (2) affiliates, one of which operates in the upstream aviation sector. We maintain a strong presence across nine (9) locations, including five (5) in Lagos, two (2) in Abuja, and one each in Kano and Port-Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

  • As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with Leads and converting those Leads into Clients by providing support in developing and executing strategies and systems that facilitate customer acquisition, customer success, and retentions by working with your line manager.

Responsibilities

  • Gather as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible
  • Contribute actively to the sales strategy and wider business plan of the company
  • Seek new sales opportunities proactively through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media
  • Work with the Corporate Communications team to develop campaigns to boost revenue and brand awareness via social media marketing and strategy
  • Present our company to potential clients effectively through remote & in-person meetings
  • Identify and acquire new customers and also ensure their profitability is maintained
  • Manage a sales pipeline, specifically identifying upsell and cross selling opportunities
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to a high volume of inbound leads
  • Prepare call plans prior to customer visits to establish objectives and explore customer needs with the aim of matching products with the Customer Value Proposition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal & external customers at all levels within an organization
  • Ensure all client account information is up to date so that a thorough knowledge and understanding of the account can be made by simply reading the client file
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Develop a basis for as well as initiate and/or manage development of new products and accompanying marketing journeys to increase revenue
  • Identify client needs and prepare and deliver presentations on appropriate services
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in a related field with 1-3 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal, written & presentation communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good attitude and strong work ethic
  • Result driven & target oriented.
