Description
- Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Sports Director to oversee and enhance the school’s sports programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the sports academy’s strategic plan and vision
- Lead and manage a team of coaches, trainers, and support staff
- Oversee the development and delivery of sports programs (curriculum and extracurricular)
- Foster a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and teamwork
- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities
- Build relationships with external partners, clubs, and governing bodies
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in sports management, coaching, or education
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and external partners
- Knowledge of sports development, coaching methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
