Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive culinary and catering curriculum.
- Teach students practical culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Provide guidance on food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Supervise and mentor students during practical assignments and competitions.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other school staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a culinary instructor or chef in a professional setting.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students of different ages and backgrounds.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young people.
- A valid food handler’s certificate.
