Job Brief
- We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Customer Experience Executive to support our clients in the fintech sector.
- The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, handle inquiries about finance and services, and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior data.
- Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance user interfaces.
- Manage customer support operations and teams.
- Establish and monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
- Drive initiatives to increase customer retention and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations in customer interactions.
- Adapt and respond to different types of customer characters.
- Handle large amounts of incoming calls, messages, and emails.
- Follow communication guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of proven customer support experience, ideally in fintech or financial institutions.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Track record of over-achieving quotas.
- Experience in contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails.
