Job Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager in the Real Estate Sector to help us expand our clientele.
  • You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s market share and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and acquisitions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and industry leaders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  • Create and present compelling business proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential deals and opportunities
  • Set and achieve growth targets for the company
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance in all business development activities
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in business development strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate business development or related role
  • Proven track record of successfully developing new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Experience in multiple facets of real estate (e.g., residential, commercial, property management)
  • Established network within the real estate industry
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and investment analysis.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly with commission and other benefits.
