Job Title: Human Resources Officer / Admin

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Managing Director / CEO

Job Summary

  • As the sole HR professional in the company, the HR Officer/Admin is responsible for managing all HR functions and administrative tasks.
  • This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance while also providing day-to-day office management.
  • The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with 4-5 years of HR experience who is capable of handling end-to-end HR operations independently.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of handling end-to-end HR functions independently.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and HR systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
